Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company Concord Biotech has entered into a strategic agreement to acquire a 26% equity stake in CleanMax Everglades, a CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions special purpose vehicle that is setting up a renewable energy project with a total capacity of 9.9 MW.
