Pace Digitek won Karnataka Renewable Energy Development’s (KREDL) auction to set up a 250 MW solar project with a 250 MW/1,100 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) at Ryapte village in Tumkur district. Pace Digitek has won the project at a tariff of ₹5.51 (~$0.06)/kWh. The contract value is ₹17.75 billion (~$195.89 million). The tender was floated in May 2025. The project will supply peak power and optimize grid utilization at the Pavagada Solar Park.
