Greenvolt Power, a developer of wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects, and part of the Greenvolt Group, has signed an agreement to sell a 57.47 MW solar project in Hungary to PPC Group, a Greece-based electric power and natural gas company, for a total consideration of €64.2 million (~$73 million).
