India Extends Countervailing Duty on Malaysian Solar Glass for Five Years

The Ministry of Finance has extended the countervailing duty on imports of textured tempered glass originating in or exported from Malaysia, a product widely used in the solar industry, for five years after concluding that removing the duty could lead to continued or renewed subsidization and injury to domestic manufacturers.
