The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC), in a recent order, has rejected the plea of BILT Graphic Paper Products to offset the renewable purchase obligation (RPO) for its Bhigwan unit from the energy generated from its biomass project located at Ballarpur.
