Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) has asked the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to procure wind energy from projects whose energy purchase agreements (EPAs) have expired, to fulfill its non-solar renewable purchase obligation (RPO).
