The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has filed a petition with the  Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) seeking its approval to procure power from wind projects whose energy purchase agreements (EPAs) have expired with the MSEDCL.
