Sonnedix, an independent solar power producer, announced the acquisition of a 42 MW ground-mounted solar PV project in Carpio del Tajo, Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. The company acquired the project from Impax Asset Management. With this acquisition, Sonnedix’s operational capacity of projects in the market is expected to exceed 1 GW by the end of 2024. The project reached its Commercial Operating Date in October 2023. The project is currently fully operational.
