The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) has allowed deviations in the guidelines for tariff-based competitive bidding process for grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in two separate petitions filed by the Punjab State Power Corporation (PSPCL).
