The Railway Energy Management Company Limited (REMCL), a joint venture formed between the Indian Railways and RITES Limited, has invited bids to set up 140 MW of interstate transmission system (ISTS)/intrastate transmission system (InSTS)-connected wind-solar hybrid projects.
