Chennai-based renewable energy company SunEdison Infrastructure Limited (formerly YKM Industries Limited) has informed of the acquisition of Megamic Electronics Private Limited and Enrecover Energy Solutions Private Limited, according to a recent corporate filing by the company at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
